Heart Failure Care | Prescribed ACE inhibitors at discharge
Why is this important?
Left ventricular systolic dysfunction means your heart cannot pump blood efficiently. It can be managed by two kinds of drugs, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, commonly called ACE inhibitors, and angiotensin receptor blockers, called ARBs.
Percent of heart failure patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction who were prescribed ACE inhibitors or ARB drugs at discharge.
